Postural assessments can ensure you get the best possible results and remain safe and injury free throughout your workouts.

During your initial postural assessment session your standing and active (moving) posture will be carefully assessed in various positions and movements. This will allow me to accurately prescribe a fitness program to complement the results of your Postural assessment ensuring you get the best possible results and remain safe and injury free throughout your workouts.

Modern day lifestyles and modern technology has weakened our body’s core strength, ability to support a good body posture, and the ease in which we should move in different directions. The custom made workouts and exercises prescribed as a result of the postural assessment will strengthen your core, improve your posture and help combat against any potential injuries.

The initial Postural Assessment will take about 90 minutes and will not be too taxing! You will be required to wear suitable clothing which will allow me to assess your posture accurately such as a tight T-shirt and some shorts. During the Postural assessment you will be given little hints and tips that you will be able to implement straight away, achieving instant results!

You will walk taller, look slimmer and feel fabulous just after one session!
